Who we are
This website is operated by TechNeeva (“TechNeeva”, “we”, “us”), based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us its data fiduciary under Indian law (and its controller where the GDPR applies).
This policy covers techneeva.com. Each TechNeeva product has its own privacy notice for the data it processes on behalf of its customers.
What we collect
When you write to us through the contact page, we collect your email address, your message, the topic you chose and the product or service you were viewing.
If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to share in the conversation.
Our servers record standard technical data — IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.
How we use it
We use your contact details and message to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a demo, a proposal or a call.
We use technical data to protect the site, for example to limit repeated submissions.
We do not use your messages to train AI models.
Why we are allowed to
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process the data you send us on the basis of your consent, given when you contact us, and for the legitimate uses the Act permits.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the site secure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a contract, in which case contract records follow their own retention periods. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it, and our systems are reviewed regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect what you share.
Children
This website is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside India. When they do, we use the safeguards required by applicable law.
